Growing up as a dancer in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas, meant growing up with Toptoe Dancewear for most. This was true for Londyn Atkinson as well and she is now the proud owner of Toptoe.
She is a graduate of Louisiana State University's esteemed College of Business, where she lived out her childhood dream of being an LSU Golden Girl from 2019-2023 and served as technique leader in her senior year.
Londyn began her love for dance at Defrances Academy of Dance and later trained under Tranane Lissard at Parkview Baptist High School, where she served as captain of the Silver Steppers and graduated as a senior. She continues today to choreograph and train both the Junior and High School Steppers, achieving two grand national championships and multiple choreography awards with the Junior Steppers. She has also performed in and choreographed numerous musicals such as The Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Newsies, and Tarzan.
Londyn has been a part of American All-star since 2019, where she serves as camp director, employee trainer, audition leader, and choreographer. Her affiliation with American All-star has allowed her to not only train but inspire amazing young dancers individually and as a team.
While her love for dance is instilled in her, her love for business has brought her where she is today. As Toptoe Dancewear is now serving their third generation of dancers, Londyn is honored to carry on the legacy into their 40th year and beyond.
